This weekend at Charlotte, David Starr will make his 11th career Cup start and his first since last June at Martinsville Speedway. Starr will be behind the wheel of Carl Long’s #66 Ford.
MBM Motorsports ran the first seven races this season before scaling back to a partial schedule. Timmy Hill had driven all the teams’ races so far this year, but Starr will bring some sponsorship this weekend.
