NASCAR has released the post-race penalty report following the race weekend at Richmond Raceway. There were two lug nut penalties in Cup and one in Xfintiy.
Cup Series:

Sections 10.9.10.4: Tires and Wheels. Note: Lug nut(s) not properly installed.
Crew chief (James Small) has been fined $10,000.
#77-Justin Haley
Sections 10.9.10.4: Tires and Wheels. Note: Lug nut(s) not properly installed.
Crew chief (Kevin Bellicourt ) has been fined $20,000 and suspended from the next NASCAR Cup Series Championship Points Event.
Xfinity Series:
