Chase Elliott is currently on the best run of his career. In his last five races, Elliot has three wins and two second place finishes. Sportsbooks are now looking for Elliot to win for a fourth time in six races.

Elliott is given +450 odds, or an implied 18.2% to win the race. Only two other drivers are given at least a 10% chance to win, those being Kyle Larson, +700 odds, and Ross Chastain, +800 odds.

Sportsbooks do have a smattering of unusual suspects at the top of the market though. Daniel Suarez is fourth on the market this week at +1200, tied with Tyler Reddick. AJ Allmendinger, Austin Cindric, and Chase Briscoe are all given +1600 odds, putting them inside the top-10 as well.

Quote from OddsChecker spokesman Kyle Newman, “After Sunday‘s controversial race, sportsbooks are being very careful. For example, Denny Hamlin is given +2000 odds to win this week after being among the top-5 the last few weeks. Given Elliott‘s dominance, books are simply looking to make sure they back a guy who‘s going to finish at the top of the board. In reality, the books don‘t see this as that close of a race. It‘s Elliot, Larson, and Chastain at the top with everyone chasing them. That said, no driver given +500 odds or better has won a race this year though.”
