Brad Perez announced on Twitter that he will run in the Xfinity Series race at Circuit of The Americas for Emerling-Gase Motorsports. The Chicago street course is also a possibility.
Weiss Sand & Clay LP, Green Tech Energy, Victory Sim and Apex Coffee Roasters are all confirmed sponsors to help Perez race.
Last season, Perez competed in a pair of Xfinity and Craftsman Truck Series race with two 20th-place finishes (Watkins Glen, Xfinity Series; COTA, Truck Series).
