Aric Almirola announced on Saturday morning that he won’t be returning to drive the No. 10 Ford for Stewart-Haas Racing for the 2024 season.
Almirola spent the last six seasons at SHR, recording victories at Talladega Superspeedway and New Hampshire Motor Speedway. He finished fifth in the championship standings in 2018. His first career win came in 2014 at Daytona International Speedway while driving for Richard Petty Motorsports.
In Almirola’s statement, he said, “After much prayer, consideration and conversations with my family, I’m ready for the next adventure.”
