Summary: An upper-level trough moves into the region on Thursday and remains in place until late Saturday, as the upper-level wind turns to zonal flow on Sunday.  Large amounts of upper-level moisture could lead to cirrus clouds sticking in the region for most of the weekend.  The associated upper-level convergence will drive the formation of a high-pressure system at the surface in coastal East Texas.  This high pressure will begin return flow into Texas late Friday.  This will lead to a steady increase in dew points over the weekend. We will continue to update the forecast as the week progresses.
