The course was slightly different in 2018, as backstraight chicane was altered. This saw an increase in the times recorded from 2018, with the following having been recorded:

- 1:18.869 – Chase Briscoe in the NASCAR Xfinity during the 2018 Drive for the Cure 200

- 0:28.598 – Jimmie Johnson in the NASCAR Cup during the 2017 Coca-Cola 600
- 0:29.962 – Kyle Busch in the NASCAR Xfinity during the 2020 Alsco 300
- 0:30.017 – Carson Hocevar in the NASCAR Truck during the 2023 North Carolina Education Lottery 200
