Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023 – Race – 10:00 PM – Mostly clear.
Sun Nov 19 – Chance of showers before 10 AM around 20%. Mostly sunny and breezy (which can cause blowing dust to limit visibility). High around 67°F. Low around 50°F. North northwest winds around 10 to 15 mph, can increase to 20 to 25 mph in the afternoon and gusts up to 37 mph.
There’s currently an upper level cutoff low off the west coast. This will be the main driver for the weather for the next couple of days. As it moves eastward it will begin to weaken creating more scattered showers after midnight instead of widespread rainfall. Qualifying begins at midnight so this could affect timing, however accumulation totals should be around tenth of an inch. Isolated thunderstorms are possible and rainfall totals can be higher. The race at 10 PM should not be affected as the sky will begin to clear up for the late afternoon and evening. Sunday morning can see some scattered showers as that low leaves the area. The main story for Sunday will be the winds which can pick up dust decreasing visibility in the afternoon.
All times are in PST.

With an almost insane 1.9km back straight, the track will see Monza-like top speeds and the cars flat out in eighth gear for longer than any other circuit. It is expected top speeds in excess of 212mph will be reached.
The course has been designed by Tilke GmBH, with the project led by Carsten Tilke. Unusually, Formula One has bought a block of land on which to house the permanent pit and paddock facilities used during race weekends.
