Daniel Hemric will run a Red Farmer throwback paint scheme for this Saturday’s Steakhouse Elite NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Darlington Speedway for Throwback Weekend.
Charlie Brock, the lead mechanic on the No. 18 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Supra, is Farmer’s grandson.
Last year Farmer was voted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Class of 2021. Dale Earnhardt Jr., Mike Stefanik and Ralph Seagraves (Landmark Award for Outstanding Contributions to NASCAR) join Farmer in the Class of ’21.
