NASCAR extended its expanded at-track access program for VIP guests and will no longer require people to be vaccinated as a condition to get into the infield areas of tracks, sources say. NASCAR started letting guests and sponsors of industry stakeholders get back to roaming the garages and pit roads of tracks earlier this month at Darlington.  [S]ources say industry stakeholders were emailed over the weekend to let them know the program had been extended to the Coca-Cola 600 in Charlotte this weekend and the following weekend’s action at Sonoma Raceway.

This suggests NASCAR is satisfied that bringing guests back into the infield has not compromised its ability to pull off events during the pandemic. Moreover, sources say stakeholders were also informed that being fully vaccinated will no longer be a precondition for guests to get into the infield. Masks are no longer required for outdoor areas.
