CJ McLaughlin will run a part-time Xfinity Series schedule in 2022 for RSS Racing, piloting the No. 38 Ford.
McLaughlin told Jayski.com it’s a 14-race deal, with the first race coming in the season opener at Daytona International Speedway.
In 2021, McLaughlin competed in six Xfinity Series races for two different teams. He had a best effort of 32nd in the fall race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Over the course of his 17 career series starts, he has a best outing of 20th in 2020 at Texas Motor Speedway.
