Richmond post-race inspection complete

Inspection is complete following the Toyota Owners 400 NASCAR Cup race at Richmond Raceway.

There were no issues for #5-Kyle Larson. He is officially the winner.

The cars of #24-Byron and #48-Bowman will be taken to the R&D Center.
