Conor Daly will make his return to the Xfinity Series at the Indianapolis road course race on August 12 for Alpha Prime Racing, the team announced on Tuesday.
Daly, who has competed in a pair of Cup Series races in 2023 and finished eighth in the Indianapolis 500, will make his first start in the Xfinity Series since 2018 which was his first dip into NASCAR.
Daly will drive the No. 44 Chevrolet, which is 36th in the owner standings entering Michigan this weekend.
