Josh Berry, Chandler Smith fail pre-race inspection at Daytona

The NASCAR Cup Series pre-race technical inspection is complete at Daytona International Speedway.

The Nos. 42 & No 13 has failed inspection twice and will lose pit selection and a crew member from each team has been ejected.
