Travis Peterson, crew chief for Michael McDowell at Front Row Motorsports, says that the organization have a technical alliance with Team Penske this season.
Front Row has been aligned with RFK Racing since 2016.
RFK will continue its alliance with Rick Ware Racing this season while Front Row joins Wood Brothers Racing at Team Penske.
